Talend does not sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally used. However, to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include advertising technology activities, such as those disclosed in the Analytics and Advertising and Managing Cookies sections of the Talend Group Privacy Notice, as a “sale,” we will comply with applicable law as to such activity.
